ELIGIBILITY
  1. Personalised and custom-made items (including hot-stamping, embroidery, or engraving) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Select accessories — such as scarf rings, brooches, and clips — may be returned if they remain unused and in original condition, with all protective packaging, tags, and seals intact. Due to their delicate nature, each return will be subject to careful quality inspection. Items showing any signs of wear, scratches, or handling will not be eligible for return.
  3. Fragrance and home fragrance products are classified as flammable goods and must comply with international shipping regulations. Returns must remain unopened, sealed, and enclosed in their original white protective box. Improperly packed or declared fragrance returns may be held or confiscated by customs or postal authorities under international transport laws.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Our Client Care Team will assist you and arrange for collection of your item(s).
  3. Complimentary return pick-up is available in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  4. For international customers, returns must be shipped using registered DHL Express. Return shipping fees for non-defective items will be borne by the sender.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with collection details and next steps once your return is approved.
  6. Kindly ensure that items are packed in their original FOREST packaging, including proof of purchase or receipt, and hand the parcel to the courier on the scheduled date.
REFUND & PROCESSING

Once your return is received and approved by our quality control team, we will proceed with your exchange or refund.

  1. Exchanges are typically completed within 30 days.
  2. Refunds (for defective or incorrect items only) will be processed via the original payment method within 14 working days.
  3. Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
